How to load different projects from the Windows desktop |
|
You can load a specific project from a
shortcut on the Windows desktop. This way you can have several shortcuts
on the Windows desktop from where you can load ICE or MDraw with different
projects. This can be done with both MDraw and ICE. All the Windows menu's is on Danish, but will be referred to in English. This FAQ is created in Windows XP. |

Open
Windows Explorer and find the folder where ICE is installed. Right click on the ICE.EXE program file, to bring up the shortcut menu. From the shortcut menu select Create shortcut |

Drag the shortcut from the Windows Explorer to the desktop. |

Rename the shortcut and right click on it, to bring up the shortcut menu. Then select Properties |

Add
the following c:\ice65\new-project.project to the designation. The
marking in the dialogbox tells ICE that this project must be loaded at
startup. The marking is the full path and filename of the project you want ICE to load at startup. This FAQ also applies to MDraw. |
